DESCRIPTION:Darmstadt is a city of science and research\, where numerous public research institutions meet companies with significant research departments. The first Science & Technology Day aims to bring together leading players in science and technology based in Darmstadt. \n\nExchange of key players\nThis informal gathering is designed to foster exchange on existing research areas and available technologies\, with the goal of identifying potential opportunities for collaboration. Synergies will be created\, and valuable connections established. The gathering of key players in science and technology helps to enhance the visibility of Darmstadt‘s research landscape and regional value chains. It connects people and institutions\, facilitates the exchange of expertise\, and enables the shared use of technology. The Science & Technology Day can thus serve as a catalyst for initiating joint research projects.\nThis platform for exchange will be enriched by inspiring keynote speeches\, engaging discussions\, and interactive round-table sessions on topics such as collaboration\, open innovation\, responsible research and sustainable development. Presentations of science and technology projects with high collaboration potential will provide a solid foundation for exploring concrete forms of cooperation. \nThe event is addressed to scientists and engineers from public research institutions\, established corporations with significant R&D activities\, and the start-up scene in Darmstadt and the surrounding areas.
