In the Department of Computer Science at TU Darmstadt, the newly established Research Group of Multimodal Grounded Learning of Prof. Dr. Anna Rohrbach is looking to fill three positions as soon as possible.

Research Assistants (all genders) in Multimodal AI

for a period of three years. An extension is possible in principle.

The Research Group of Multimodal Grounded Learning conducts basic research at the intersection of different modalities, in particular images, videos, and language. Current research focuses on developing and researching AI models that have similar capabilities to humans: Multimodal AI should be able to communicate with humans, be grounded in reality, and learn from language. This should lead to a more human-centric, effective, and trustworthy multimodal AI.
