Falko Helm

I am a first-year PhD student under supervision of Prof. Iryna Gurevych in the UKP Lab at TU Darmstadt. My research focuses on the long-range abilities of Language Models. For this, I am eager to explore non-Transformer LLMs, especially state-space models.

As part of the UKP Sysadmin Team I am curious to learn more about AI hardware and HPC. This aligns perfectly with my tasks at the Hessian AI Service Center where I can help people to leverage cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
