The Hessian Center for Artificial Intelligence is an association of TU Darmstadt and 12 other Hessian universities and pursues the goal of conducting cutting-edge research with concrete practical relevance. hessian.AI promotes the transfer of research results to business and society through the training of AI talent, the promotion of start-ups from the university environment, and cooperation with companies.We are seeking a diligent AI Job Platform Support to assist with our platform’s backend operations, communications, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for technically adept individuals who are familiar with digital communication and are keen to work in a dynamic, tech-oriented environment.
The position includes:
Assist in managing the platform’s backend, ensuring functionality and user satisfaction
Support the implementation of new features and updates under the guidance of the platform manager
Help develop and distribute communication materials to engage platform users and partners
Collaborate in crafting promotional content and strategy for various channels to amplify platform reach
Representing hessian.AI at relevant events such as job fairs, founders’ events and conferences
Participate in cooperating with stakeholders to onboard new users and gather feedback for platform enhancements
Provide technical support by responding to user inquiries and coordinating with the developer to resolve issues

You should recognize yourself in some of these requirements:
Bachelor’s student (at least 4th semester) or Master’s student in IT, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent fields
Willingness to work for hessian.AI for at least six months
Very good written and spoken German skills
Good written and spoken English skills
Basic knowledge of backend programming and databases (WordPress)
Independent and structured way of working
Familiarity with the AI industry is advantageous
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
8 to 20 hours per week (the exact working hours will be determined during the recruitment process)
