What challenge does your startup address and how did the idea for it come about?

Failed delivery attempts and delivery deadlines lead to additional costs and a poor customer experience. Automated assurance of successful first delivery attempts saves costs, emissions and hassle at the same time.

Can you briefly explain how your solution operates and to what extent AI supports this solution?

AI is our offer. It converts anonymized cell phone location data into planning and route updates for successful first delivery attempts.

What strategies are you pursuing to expand your services worldwide and realize your vision of “personalized deliveries – worldwide”?

The following channels are used:

Personalized delivery is the new standard. The first delivery attempt is always successful worldwide. Parcel stores and packing stations no longer exist.

Can you give examples of companies that have benefited from your services in terms of lower delivery costs, lower emissions and higher customer satisfaction?

The solution was developed over a long period of time and extensively tested. We are currently in the market entry phase and can provide the desired examples at a later date.
