The digital revolution is transforming our way of life as fundamentally as the industrial revolution once did. In a very short time, AI has evolved from a niche technology in computer science to the central key technology of digitalization. Cybersecurity, in turn, is one of the essential prerequisites for responsible digitalization. Both technologies – AI and cybersecurity – are closely interconnected. AI creates new security risks, ranging from automated attacks and fraud to deepfakes, but it also offers new opportunities in the fight against cybercrime, cognitive attacks, and disinformation.
How can we design AI to be both responsible and secure? What political and technological frameworks are needed for a resilient digital society? What roles should politics, industry, and research take on to make AI safe and practical for all of us? These questions are at the heart of our Future Forum.
Experts from politics, industry, and research will engage in an interdisciplinary dialogue on AI and cybersecurity – join us!
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.
The event is organized by ATHENE, supported by hessian.AI and DFKI.
