The new edition of the foundersXchange starts with Mentoring Matters – Benefiting from experience and focuses on a topic that is crucial for start-ups and founders: #mentoring.

💡 Whether at the beginning or already growing: #experience, honest #feedback and the right #exchange can make the difference in every phase of a company. This is exactly where we come in. As part of the fXc, we will show why mentoring is a key #success factor for founders, how we actively support them – and what diverse opportunities arise for you through strong partners from Darmstadt.

A particular highlight of the event is the practical input from Philo Boras (founder of Aurora Life Science) and Martin Lacher (Managing Director of Lacher Großküchen GmbH). We have successfully networked both of them.
Together, they will report on how their mentoring relationship came about, how mentoring works in practice and what concrete added value has resulted for both sides – from personal development to entrepreneurial growth.

💡 The event is aimed at start-ups, founders and anyone who wants to find out how mentoring can succeed, is currently looking for a suitable mentor themselves and what benefits targeted networking and strong partnerships offer.
