How is category management changing? How can warehousing, logistics and the supply chain as a whole be improved? Can the product range be made more dynamic? And what do AI-controlled store processes look like? Florian Strecker from Retail Insight and Dirk Schäfer from SymphonyAI will provide answers to these questions in their presentations.
