Alexander Benlian

Alexander Benlian is a Professor of Information Systems, especially Electronic Services, at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany. His research focuses on human-AI interaction, AI literacy, and algorithmic management in organizational and platform environments. His research has been published in MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Computers in Human Behavior: Artificial Humans, and in several conference proceedings such as CHI, SOUPS, AIES, ICIS, among others. He serves as Senior Editor at European Journal of Information Systems, as Department Editor at Business & Information Systems Engineering, and as Associate Editor at Information Systems Research.
