I am the managing director of the “Reasonable AI” (RAI) Cluster of Excellence, whose goal is to develop a new generation of AI. This “reasonable AI” will learn in a more sensible way, with models trained in a decentralized manner, continuously improving over time, building abstract knowledge about the world, and possessing an inherent ability to think, interact, and adapt to their environment.
