Tell us in three sentences who you are

Scavenger AI is AI-powered software that allows anyone to analyze complex business data in seconds. Users ask a question in natural language and Scavenger immediately provides clear answers, visualizations and recommendations. This turns data into real decisions – quickly, easily and accessible to everyone.

What challenge does your startup address and how did the idea for it come about?

The idea came about because we ourselves experienced how difficult it is to make decisions based on data – even though it is actually there. Over 300 companies have confirmed this to us: It’s not a lack of data, but a lack of time, resources and technical know-how to gain real insights from it. The biggest challenge was to develop a highly complex product in such a way that it can also be used intuitively by non-technical users – and at the same time to raise a financing round for the first time to make this vision a reality.

Can you tell us more about the system architecture of Scavenger AI? How does the process from data collection to action recommendation work?

Scavenger is hosted entirely in the EU and consists of three main components. 1) The input agent contains connectors to all common databases and then automatically describes the database with AI like a real person 2) The analysis agent then independently develops a customized analysis of the user’s questions using SQL and python 3) The interpretation agent then turns the whole thing into a dashboard in 5 seconds.

Can you give some concrete use cases where Scavenger AI has helped companies to improve their decision-making processes?

Recognizing sales levers in sales
A medium-sized manufacturing company with series and custom-made products uses Scavenger to identify patterns that increase sales – such as which combination of product, channel and region performs best. The company now makes well-founded sales and product range decisions based on these analyses.

Managing the supply chain more efficiently
A production company uses Scavenger to optimize warehousing and inventories. The AI detects overstocks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in real time – reducing storage costs and improving replenishment processes in a targeted manner.

Fast decisions in day-to-day business
Employees in controlling, sales and production ask everyday business questions directly in Scavenger – without a BI or IT department. Instead of waiting weeks, they receive well-founded answers in seconds and make faster, data-based decisions.

Let’s look into the future: where could the project be in five years?

In five years, Scavenger will be much more than just an analysis tool. Our vision is a digital clone of every company: a learning system that understands all internal data, learns from questioners, combines it with external information and proactively suggests the best decisions to managers before problems even become visible. We want to become the European counterpart to the large American AI platforms with a sovereign, trustworthy system that redefines decision-making intelligence.
